We are located in San Diego, CA, and get to shoot the most exquisite homes in the country. Our team has over 20 combined years in the media industry with our bread and butter being videos and photos of homes.
OUR FOUNDER
Radiate Real Estate Media was founded by Nolan Parmenter, a University of San Diego graduate, with a vision to provide exceptional real estate photography and videography services throughout San Diego County. Our goal is to help real estate professionals showcase their properties with stunning, high-quality visuals that stand out in a competitive market.
Although Nolan leads the company, Radiate is a team effort, with Lucy Parmenter as the biggest supporter and occasional helper. Based in Carlsbad, we combine local expertise with a commitment to excellence in every project we take on around San Diego County.
